I had a disappointing experience at this orthopedic office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was on her cellphone—on speaker—which felt very unprofessional. I was there for a broken finger, yet she asked me to write down my case number. I struggled to do so, and unsurprisingly, my writing was messy. I'm very pleased with Dr Nwaneri's service and he is a cool and clam doctor , who listening very well to your problem and gives you the best treatment you need. I recommend him.
receptionist has a real bad attitude, although I had an appointment I had to wait 45 min to see the doctor who spent 2 min with me. after that he sent me to a physical therapist to teach me basic exercises that he could easily told me to do. I don't recommend.
