I found this practice through my insurance company’s website and called multiple times before my appointment to confirm my acupuncture visit would be covered and in-network. After my appointment I was charged $130 for a 45-minute session instead of the roughly $40 copay I was anticipating. The acupuncturist herself was great, but the administrative and billing experience was extremely frustrating and misleading.

I only had a consultation with Casey (physical therapist(, but I felt compelled to write a review because of how incredible the experience was. Before even meeting her, I had emailed over my imaging and surgical notes, and she took the time to really understand my situation.
