I understand the one star. Can't even book an appointment. Staff doesn't have patience.
I have been seeing Dr Garber over 3 years now. He's an In-N-Out kind of doctor, but I liked him. I called every Monday for a month leaving messages and no return calls. I wonder if he realizes he's losing patience because of this incompetence
Horrible scheduling system, I have been trying to get an appointment for the last week. I have left messages with no call back. No one answers when I call, and when I try to reach a different department I get transferred. The worst!
I went here because healthcare partners/humana no longer covers the first 2 surgeons. This is the only neurosurgeon office on the plan. The scheduler assigned me Dr. Garber over the phone. Dr. Garber at least has high reviews. But arrived at the clinic to wait in pain for 2hours to see Dr. Glickman. I strongly felt I was giving poor treatment plan and the run around because of the color of my skin.
