I got lunch at this food truck during the Chalk Walk. I picked the Orange and White on a potato, which is a buffalo chicken and cheese over a baked spud. It was just the right amount of lightly spicy. It does come with diced tomatoes but I didn’t get them. You can have butter added to the potato, too. You can also get it on French fries. The person who took my order was so friendly and it felt very genuine which made the experience even better. Having The Spiffy Spud food truck at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests have not stopped talking about it. Izaak & Emma agreed to cater our Son's rehearsal Dinner at a cabin outside Sevierville: outside, on a mountain, in January... They warned us that sometimes the weather makes getting the truck to mountain cabins impossible but that if the weather did get bad enough, they would have a contingency plan.
