Had this at the Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon festival and even though it was so hot outside, the staff served us delicious food with grace and poise (and a lil humor). LOVE IT!
Potato was cooked so well! Nice and soft. Toppings were awesome. I did the carnita one and hubby had the pesto chicken. Super delicious!
I got lunch at this food truck during the Chalk Walk. I picked the Orange and White on a potato, which is a buffalo chicken and cheese over a baked spud. It was just the right amount of lightly spicy. It does come with diced tomatoes but I didn’t get them. You can have butter added to the potato, too. You can also get it on French fries. The person who took my order was so friendly and it felt very genuine which made the experience even better.
