First time there and received a warm welcome. The spice and teas had a jar where you could smell to determine if you wanted to purchase. Had a lot of specialty sugars I’ve never seen before. They were very kind to my four year old and remembered her name at check out. I ordered a hot tea and it was brewed to perfection and tasted amazing.
Tried the Iron Goddess of mercy tea. Staff accidentally made it iced instead of hot but corrected it and gave me the chance to try it in both ways. It was very good and all the staff was informative and friendly.
I love visiting this shop. They have a nice selection of spices, sugars and teas. Some with very surprising or unexpected flavor combos. This is definitely a nice place to find a gift for a tea lover, someone who enjoys cooking or just a dear friend. The best part about visiting The Spice and Tea Exchange is there Tea Bar. You can order a freshly steeped hot or cold tea. You may select any tea they have in stock and you may sweeten it with any sugar they have in stock. Great shop
Very cool and interesting store. It is a little on the expensive side. However everything I purchased from here had exceptional quality. There are also guides for brewing perfect tea. Great experience over all!
