I communicated with Caroline Newell initially, who is part of the Speed and Neuren Group to view a property; she wasn’t available and had us meet up with someone else in order to tour the home. We viewed the property but informed the realtor that the pet odor and dirty carpet needed to be addressed, along with the AC not working. I worked with Ross to buy a new home and sell my existing. I cant imagine a better process or outcome. Ross coached me through the purchase and strategically negotiated to get what we needed. Five stars really don't seem like enough, Ross was absolutely fantastic to us! He was always clear about our interests being the main priority when discussing strategy.
