Worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Charged us for an alignment that they didn't do, and when the $600+ tires were ruined 5 months later, Scott Tyrrell is doing nothing about the warranty because I cursed at him, really...
This place is always so amazing and trustworthy. I've travelled all over the U.S. and this is the best place for tires and honest service. As a woman I've had several places all over try to take advantage of me because of my lack of vehicle knowledge but it's so nice to know that I can go here and have honest guys do a great job on my car. These people rock!!!!
My sister bought brand new tires in August that are completely ruined and should be under warranty..this business needs to honor purchases and services with a refund at his point since she had to go purchase from another supplier due to uncooperative business practices..the whole situation is irresponsible on the companies part.
We bought top of the line Bridgestone and an alignment in August, the alignment was never actually done even though we paid for it, so after 5000 miles our 80000 mile tires were ruined, Scott. Tyrrell blamed us in every way possible, no apology, and wont honor the warranty on our tires. Worst business ever
