We are very happy with SPG and truly grateful for their care. The entire team is incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. Our son feels comfortable there, and he genuinely looks forward to his therapy sessions. As parents, we really appreciate how the therapists always share helpful insights, observations, and guidance right after each session. Their support is not only for the child, but for the whole family — and that means so much to us. We are very thankful for everything they do.
Our son recieved services from both Rachel F. and Victoria, and we couldn’t be more enthusiastic about his progress. He was significantly speech delayed with 0 words at 2 1/2. Within 1 month of starting therapy he said his first word! The therapists were so warm and welcoming, and our son is now a chatter box! I couldn’t recommend SPG more for those out there worried about their loved ones speech development.
Everyone there are great. Both my Boys get services. And both Boys love going. Everyone is super friendly
Requiring all PHI and PII information before becoming a patient or to be placed on a waiting list is a violation of CT compliance. Because this is considered health/medical environment requiring all medical history insurance information DOB and SSN to be placed on a waiting list is a violation of CT compliance law. Reccommend SPG revamp waiting list practices to conform to CT law. First and Last name, age of child, needed services, times and insurance companies.
