I made my appointment and asked if they accepted Humana Insurance. They said yes. When I went in they told me I was approved by Humana for my eye exam. Dr. Bennett was very professional and sweet. Afterwards I went to pick out my glasses and at that point was told Humana was not accepted for eye ware. NOW I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR GLASSES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER?????

Husband went for eye exam, got his glasses back and couldn't even see out them, Walmart in Summersville w here he got glasses were very nice, they told him to go back and talk to the eye doctor and if the prescription was right they would replace them no charge, to go back and to his doctor to check the prescription, it was going to cost another 50.00. I had a great experience with Dr. Bennett. I was leaving Walmart and thought I’d stop by and see if I could get a last minute appointment if anyone had cancelled that day. I was very fortunate and even though they were still incredibly busy, they were able to squeeze me in! The staff was very friendly and apologized for my wait even though it was super short and they were doing me a favor by squeezing me in. I didn't want to give one star! She did my exam, I spent 427.00 for glasses the prescription was wrong, found out when I went for another exam at a different dr. Call to see if she would at the very least refund the money I paid her SHE SAID NO.
