Dr.Alex is caring and personable. She listens and takes into account more than just physical symptoms which allows for a more thorough treatment.
I've been a chronic migraine patient for years, I've tried every drug on the market, saw a physical therapist for an extended period of time, get botox several times a year, etc with little to no success in knocking those migraines out. Thank you so much Dr Alex for the pillow!!!. It's been very helpful and versitile. I love it and use it for sleep, in my reading chair and as lumbar support when Im driving. I would definitly recommend Dr Alex. She is knowlegable and warm (she took extra time to make other recommendations for some other issues i was having) , and her office is comfortable w ample parking

I picked up my pillow from Austin Specific on Monday of this week; it is Friday & I have rested very well since then. I have neck trauma from an accident years ago & I have not slept this well since then. I am waking with soreness instead of intense pain. The pill is perfect for getting comfortable & resting well.
