Frank went above and beyond to assist us with some challenges we were having, even after determining they didn't have the product we were looking for. Not to make a sale, but just because he is a helpful, professional. I may not have bought something today, but I will definitely consider these guys for ANY audio needs moving forward
Frank was so patient and helpful with our challenges. Truly cannot compliment these guys professionalism and knowledge enough. Strongly recommend this shop
