I typically love it, and always rave about it tonight the lady at the window didn’t have very good customer service skills and gave me burnt bread!!! I always eat my spaghetti with bread but not tonight:/
So tonite I went to spaghetti shop. I ordered 2 spaghetti and 2 chicken Alfredo. When I got home, I only had one spaghetti and 2 Alfredo's. I call them, and the girl calls me a liar and was very rude. So will I go back? Probably not, I have 4 people to feed and am now at captain D's after I just spent $35 on dinner spending more.!!! Great customer service I tell ya !!!
we will be out of garlic bread till Wednesday due to the fact that our truck was low, sorry for the inconvenience :(( we will have breadsticks in replace of them!
Either need to fix drive thru actuator or get new help. Sat 10 minutes and no acknowledgement there or at the window 3:45 Monday afternoon
Came through the drive about 330pm today September 6th. Ordered our food and waited. The girl working was taking a personal call while trying to make the food. My husband ordered an "uncle louie" which was not toasted and no dressing on it. Very disappointed.
My boyfriend and I was there a couple of weeks ago. We both enjoyed our dinner. The staff was polite and the food was great! I even told my doctor about it and she plans to go and check it out this weekend! I'm hoping to talk my boyfriend into going again real soon! This place has definately become one of my favorite places to eat!
Most of the reviews I read were very complementary. This is my first visit and I hope they are just having a rare bad day, because my experience was far from the 4* experience other Findlayites have given it. I ordered manicotti. I consider this a fast food place. However, it took quite a while to get my dine-in order and it was barely warm on the outside and cold on the inside when I finally got it. Food is great here, always has been for me. However, today I went through the drive thru for lunch and there was what appeared to be a 10-12 year old boy working. I'm a little concerned about labor violations happening. Also the packaging needs reworked for ravioli. The container is too narrow.
