Bought my hot tub from The Spa Wholesaler a few years back. Very happy with the hot tub and have reached out a couple times for parts and his expertise. Always helpful and provides quick, easy to understand assistance. His goal is to help with what's needed, not to make a quick sale on parts. I would highly recommend giving him The Spa Wholesaler a shot before purchasing a hot tub or buying parts.

I bought the Artesian 735L. I love it. I went Spa Wholesaler because Mark serviced my last Hot Tub. He was clearly knowageble about Hot Tubs and great to deal with. I was also very happy with the Delivery and set up. Joe, MH and Jeff were very nice, polite, Knowagable and professional. I have nothing but great things to say!
I purchased a Strong Spa thru Mark. I really liked his tubs but I wanted the hardtop so I went with Strong. Thank God I went thru Mark and had not bought it on my own. There was 1 issue after another from delivery to actual damage to the tub. He handled the purchase from start to finish in a professional and competent manner. Thank you again Mark and I certainly will call on you in the future when service to my tub is needed.
