We ordered a hot tub from The Spa Wholesaler and the item came in as promised. We have never had a hot tub before and were nervous about getting it set up. The employees that delivered the tub were very knowledgeable about the product showed us exactly what we need to do to get it up and running. We were in it the very next day! RecommendedMark and Jeff have been extremely responsive with updates on delivery and all related questions. We shopped multiple spa and hot tub providers. The Spa Wholesaler had by far the best pricing. I highly reccommend.

Jeff and his team were fabulous to work with! We ordered a new hot tub in the middle of the pandemic, it had to be ordered because of low inventory. It took a while for it to be received, but was delivered to our s home right away. Delivery went smoothly, the delivery men were very courteous and efficient. We love the hot tub and use it almost daily. We did have a problem (defective pump), I reached out to Jeff and he had a repairman (Scott) on site the next morning, with a new pump! Wow! We were beyond impressed with Jeff and Mark at Spa Wholesaler. They are knowledgeable about all hot tubs, not just the ones they sell. Mark took his time showing us different models, explaining features, and discussing care. Their prices and quality can not be beat. We love our hot tub from the Spa Wholesaler. It has increased our quality of life and general happiness during these long months at home.
