O my goodness I can't give a better rating! My husband and I just moved to the area and bought a house with a pool and hot tub. We know NOTHING about either of these things! I had googled a place in Watertown and found Jeremy! Funny the previous owners had also been using him to service the pool and hot tub as well! Jeremy is wonderful!! He answers all your questions even the dumb ones that we would ask! He remembers our names and is so nice to work with. I don't understand why it's only the negative people that post... I've have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with The Spa Shop and Jeremy, he's been around for many years so that should tell you something... He's very knowledgeable and answers even my "stupid" questions without making me feel like an idiot. I'm sure there's a good explanation for any issues and we are all human. The funny thing about negative reviews is that none of them even own hot tubs or pools from us and have never even shopped us. We get a kick out of why people give a 1 or review at all if they have 0 experience with doing business with us. We strive to provide all of our customers the highest level of honesty and customer service possible.
customer service is very poor. we had a filter shop.ordered for our ottub, they forgot to ship it to us and 2 1/2 wks later they shipped us the wrong one. when we called the male in the office was very, very rude and said it wasn't a big deal they goofed up - that this is a common thing in their shop. if possible, I would recommend going to a different shop - they are a sub standard store !!!!
