Poor customer service and communication of service appointment time. I scheduled service to winterize my hot tub and received no notification when the service technician showed up despite my multiple attempts at calling them to find out what time they would show up. Poor attitude by the person answering their phone line. Not happy at all with this experience!
RecommendedAll of my experiences in dealing with the crew at the spa shop has always been top notch, whether it’s been dealing with Jeremy on a hot tub or talking with Alyssa and trouble shooting a problem so she can send a tech out has always been a positive experience, and I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
We ordered parts on 8/17/19 said it would take 7-10 days, they called to schedule appointment today 9/11/19 and no one came., we even called to confirm. We have prepaid for all repairs. This is not the way to do business, if we are out of area or they didn’t want the job they should of told us. We are not a happy customer.

I can make the repairs myself but they are great at helping me troubleshoot and order parts.
Had a great experience in purchasing our new tub with Spa Shop. Took the time to go through the options with us and returned to our home to answer questions after delivering Saturday morning in spite of poor weather. Jeremy was very responsive and informative. Thanks!!
