I just had an absolutely amazing massage with Jocelyn! She was fantastic and I truly loved the experience. However, my overall experience was hampered by two major issues. First, I was very disappointed by the lack of shared relaxation areas. The so-called “Spa Crawl” was an absolute joke—a complete scam, to be honest. The advertising made it sound like we’d be getting five actual spa experiences, but instead I PAID OVER $500 just to be SOLD PRODUCTS. Are you kidding me?? Here’s the exact wording from their website: "Join us for the Spa Crawl! Relax, explore, and indulge in a multi-stop wellness experience at The Spa & Salon at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas. Really relaxing experience. Clean and very professionally run spa. Got the facial and the esthetician was outstanding. I used the spa facilities afterwards, and continued the relaxation. I felt great when I walked out of there, so it’s worth the price (to me). I will be back!
