Waited 3 weeks to get a Technician to came out to repair a leak in my hot tub. He arrived and looked at everything under the tub and fix 1 tube. Said everything was good and to refill the tub. He left. Refilled the tub that night after I cleaned it and noticed it still leaking, called the office and got no response.
