I have been going to Mitchells, since I moved here In 1980 and have seen Marie Carrol the senior hairstylist and she has never failed me, If , i am on time ,so is she, never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes at the most. i would recommend she and the entire staff the best. Marie has always waited for me even I was late.
This has got to be the worse place possible! They are so unreliable. My mother, sister-in-law, her mother and myself all got gift certificates for Mothers's Day in 2015 and have still not been able to use. Every time we have scheduled it has been rescheduled. Then today we drive 1 1/2 hours to get out spa day to be told that we are not on the schedule after I confirmed the date and time with the lady before hanging up. For anyone looking for a lifetime stylist, Jillian Murphy is your girl! She has done my hair many times, and she has never disappointed! I'm very particular about my hair and she always makes sure to do exactly what I want, but also give her input and do what she thinks would be best for me, and it always turns out amazing!
