I love this spa! The reason I can’t give it five stars is because my favorite thing to do is the Luxe day pass. However, I don’t think you should call it a day pass when it’s only for three hours. Additionally, my salt room experience was marred because the lighting was not working properly. Otherwise, I adore the relaxation area, with its cozy cubbies and water fountain.
I had such an amazing experience at the spa at Waldorf Astoria Washington DC. From the moment I walked in, everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and extremely well maintained. The spa was spotless, calming, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire experience. The massage was fantastic but the amenities were poor so was way overpriced. The locker room was so cramped and crowded. When I was changing to go to massage a woman just stood and stared at me the whole time as she waited to get to her locker, it was shoulder to shoulder and no where to go. The snacks were out and took long time to fill, when macaroons finally restocked, they were frozen. I had to ask for champagne which also took a long time to serve.
