I was GIFTED a SPA massage. Before my massage, I told the MASSEUSE I have a lot of TENSION below my neck and A LOT OF KNOTS IN MY SHOULDERS to FOCUS on that area. AS I HAVE A VERY STRESSFUL JOB. My request was completely IGNORED! She spent about what seems like TEN MINUTES massaging my shoulders VERY POORLY and never once mentioned or addressed all the KNOTS AND TENSION I ASKED TO FOCUS ON.
