Adding an extra $60 tip without my authorization after my appointment is completely unacceptable customers should have the option to leave a tip if they want to not to mention the fact not everyone is going to be satisfied with their experience..won’t be coming back
The massage was average and expensive. The masseuse didn’t tell me that requesting “more pressure” would mean that I had to pay 35 more dollars. Also, she offered a CBD oil but forgot to mention that it was an extra $65. One would think that a massage that is worth $250 would allow you to have the pressure that you would want. The brand name and website sold me on the great expectations for this facility. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with them as they are disorganized and thus very unprofessional. I was planning a milestone birthday celebration. I phoned and spoke extensively with a front desk agent. The agent seemed clear on my request and promised to send details on spa package options. Enjoyed a lovely Spa day with my husband at this property yesterday; Melody and our Spa team took great care of our every need and were so professional. We booked a couples massage for 120 minutes (divine) and got some add-ons to make the experience even more heavenly. We could of stayed all day in the Spa...such a warm and inviting ambiance.
