Extremely rude Manager on duty last night. Made reservations and confirmed the girl taking the reservations remembered talking to me, somehow they were not recorded. Mistakes happen but the Manager was very RUDE. We entertain a lot with my job.....Big mistake! A lot of loss in sales. You must have a personality to work in the service industry!

This was our 4th stay at the Lakehouse. We return for our Anniversary as we were married here by Andrea. We cannot say enough about Sam, Karen, Andrea and the ENTIRE staff. They go out of their way to make your stay or visit pleasureable. We feel like we've come home. You are treated like family. The food is amazing, the wine fantastic and the accommodations, what can I say, we are staying 14 days next year. We absolutely LOVE the place. We highly recommend it! Ed and Laura
great service and atmosphere
This was our awesome find 5 years ago when my girlfriend & I were looking for a “Girls Getaway”. .. We have stayed at the cottage,, had wonderful spa services.. brought our husbands back and each stayed at the Beach House! We have had nothing but excellent service at the Crosswinds Grill... (excited to try out their fire pit! ) Everything is so clean and well taken care of,, we look forward to this trip every year to kick off our summer! We will definitely be back🍷 Mary Kate & Wendy🍷
The Lakehouse Inn is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to get away by yourself. Beautiful accommodations, manicured grounds and views of Lake Erie fill your heart and soul. The whole staff makes you welcome and makes your stay the best experience you can have at a B&B. Make sure to eat at Crosswinds Grill and taste the wines made exclusively for the Grill and Inn. Locally sourced ingredients make every bite of every dish extraordinary and unforgettable.

I am not sure how they are able to call themselves a Bed and Breakfast. There is nothing 'homey's about this place. The rooms are very hotel like and dingy. The carpet is gross. The front was continuously slamming. People came in and out of their rooms and the doors shut so loud sometimes making the walls shake. Our room was next to the downstairs 'public' bathroom, which was awful. Breakfast comes from the restuarant across the way, which had good food.
