Best spa in Dallas, the facility is better than Crescent and the the Ritz Carlton great amenities and probably the Newest most modern spa in the Dallas area . my massage therapist was just ok.. they can use better trained massage therapist.
I had an impeccable experience at The Joule Spa. From the moment I walked in total relaxation. My 80 minute custom massage with Cedric was EXCELLENT. I literally fell asleep. I will absolutely be back & sending all my girlfriends here.
I booked a couple’s massage for my Partner and me to celebrate this birthday. The staff were friendly and made registration very easy. We were given a tour and a glass of wine. Our massages were customized to our liking - Cederic was great (20 years of experience). We also used the Sauna, eucalyptus Steam room and ice fountain before our treatment. My daughter and I came to The Joule for my birthday,. Excellent experience.! From valet parking, to check in, to exceptional customer service from all of the staff. All the amenities you could ask for! If you get a massage, ask for Shereen (sp?). She is an amazing masseuse. I will return and recommend to friends!
