I booked a couple’s massage for my Partner and me to celebrate this birthday. The staff were friendly and made registration very easy. We were given a tour and a glass of wine. Our massages were customized to our liking - Cederic was great (20 years of experience). We also used the Sauna, eucalyptus Steam room and ice fountain before our treatment. My daughter and I came to The Joule for my birthday,. Excellent experience.! From valet parking, to check in, to exceptional customer service from all of the staff. All the amenities you could ask for! If you get a massage, ask for Shereen (sp?). She is an amazing masseuse. I will return and recommend to friends!
This spa is wonderful! It’s extremely clean, the attendants are attentive and kind, and the overall service is fantastic. They went above and beyond to make my mother feel special on her birthday, which meant so much to us. Special shout-out to Dee for an amazing facial, it was incredibly relaxing and so well done. I will definitely be coming back again!
I visited the spa at The Joule for the first time today and it was AMAZING. From the use of the amenities before and after my service, to the 2 glasses of champagne or mimosa, to the massage itself, everything was top tier. My masseuse, Cedric, was excellent. He made sure my massage was custom to what my needs were. He even gave some advice on which order to use the amenities in after my massage was over. I will be back!!
I treated myself to a spa day for the first time and could not have had a better experience! All of the ladies working in the women's area were so nice and helpful (especially when my locker got stuck and wouldn't open!). As for the treatment itself, I thoroughly enjoyed every second with Cedric as my servicer.
