Love the ladies at the Spa - I enjoyed being the first to try out the new sauna wraps ! Loved it, after a therapeutic detoxifying sweat I felt great 👍.

The best massage I have ever had! Absolutely perfect. Relaxing, rejuvenating, calming, and pampering. Pressure was ideal. The spa is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s a wonderful atmosphere! I already scheduled my next session. I can not recommend this spa enough!

I highly recommend this spa! I have had a spa facial and today I received for the first time a dermaplane facial with plant peel and collagen mask, it was amazing! My face feels like silk. The staff is so helpful, the prices are reasonable and the Aveda products are fantastic❤

My experience yesterday at The Spa at the James Madison Inn was perfect in every way. Since the day I called to make our appointments, the customer service was outstanding. When we arrived, we were taken into a small relaxation room and given warm neck pillows to wear and cold cucumber/lemon water to drink. We had maybe a 5-10 min wait (we arrived early) and then were taken back for our treatments. I had a 60 min massage and it may have been one of the best i have ever had. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and I spent the whole day with no pain and woke up the next morning with no pain in my feet! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage!

I am so happy you were pain free! For at home care you can use a rolling pin or a very cold bottle of water and roll it under your feet while you sit in a chair! The cold therapy on the heel is also very helpful to reduce inflammation on those muscle attachments! Hope to see you back at The Spa soon, welcome to Madison!
