I always have a great experience. I just wish the locker/changing areas were larger.
I wish I could give a 4.5 Star review because while I loved it and the spa totally made me feel like a princess, the check-in/check-out staff were rather stiff and cold. This seems to be a running theme as I read through the other reviews. Honestly, everything was amazing but them. My sisters and I went this past weekend for a girls weekend, it was amazing I’m already planing my next trip back!!
Had a 5 star experience!! Was my first time there, won't be my last!!!
Words can't express the amazing staff and service, not to mention the beautiful hotel, the scenery and the butterfly house. Everything was just extraordinary.
My husband and I went to the Spa yesterday and we were so relaxed, I recommend to all couples, and friends!! The only bad thing was we were asleep at 9:00 because we were so relaxed, thank you we needed that!!
