don't get there often but nice to keep up on events.
One of my favorite places! I've been coming to Rocky Gap for 30 years. My kids grew up camping there! Such memories....Now we come back 5-6 times a year! We've stayed in the campground, rented the chalet for years, and now enjoy the hotel and all the beautiful beaches and scenery!
You DISGUST me. Rocky Gap is 100% aware that their beach is FULL of MRSA and try to hide it. Spent 2 hrs with my grandson and 10 days worried sick because he got MRSA from there. You should post warnings AND pay for all the Dr appts and prescriptions. There is no price you can put on a parents/ grandparents worry. PLEASE SHARE !

Labor Day weekend 2019. We had a gorgeous weekend at Rocky Gap. This is our 20th year camping on Dogwood Loop. The volunteers and staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a blast at the corn shucking contest followed by free corn roast. This year we had booked nine sites, it was a great weekend. Over the years, we have become friends with our camp hosts-Sharon and Vickie. RGSP is our favorite Maryland State Park. — with Sharon Miller.
