When you first enter you are immediately placed in a relaxed mood with the music, the fabulous smell and the atmosphere. Customer service should be their first name. They cater to your every request!!! And the massage was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend this spa.

I did The Grand plus a massage. The aestheticians listen and carry out what you ask. Highly recommend you splurge and go!

Been here numerous times. I see Sameer once a month, so do my United coworkers. I have seen many people for massage - taking advantage of their massage email specials. They don’t have a pool or any of that other frufru spa stuff, but I think it’s because they’re located in one of the oldest hotels in the world? They will let you use the gym, which is awesome btw, you just have to ask. Been loyal since they opened a year or so ago.
