RecommendedI went in August 21 with COPD exasperation and acute respiratory failure. If it wasn't for the wonderful staff that night, I would not be posting this. No follow up. Pee Dee Surgical failed to properly diagnose and treat my illness. They failed to follow up, they failed to formulate and implement a treatment plan, they failed to consider my insurance coverage with regards to diagnostic tests... Heck, they failed on every possible front. They did NOTHING to improve my condition or diagnose my illness. I live with horrible pain every day and have no relief.
Went to the ER as a last resort due to excruciating pain from an internal hemorrhoid. The nurses had no personality or compassion. Dr. Connell was extremely rude and treated me like I was a drug seeker!! I will never come back to this emergency room!! Dr. Connell would be a much better fit as an immigration officer or TSA agent!! Asshole!!
I have been coming to Dr. Richard Alexander for years . I moved to Burlington NC. Last summer and I come all the way back to Florence to see my favorite Doctor. He keeps me straight. Thank you Dr. Alexander for everything you do to keep me healthy.
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! THE NURSES SUCK HERE !!! SUCKY ATTITUDE & SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! THANKS FOR TAKING MY $50 WHEN GETTING NO HELP !!! MY BP WAS A 146/109 & THEY ARNT GIVING ME BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE HE TOLD ME TO GO TO A FAMILY DOCTOR !!! WHICH I DONT HAVE A DOCTOR SO THAT’S WHY I CAME HERE!! (I CAME HERE FOR A SINUS INFECTION BUT THE NURSES MENTIONED MY BP WAS HIGH) ALSO, THE LAST TIME I CAME HERE THE DOC TOLD ME TO GOOGLE MY SYMPTOMS...WHO TELLS A PATIENT THAT ?!?!
Recommendedyes I recommend this facility.I had a c section there June 6th 2018 and my surgical team was wonderful they made me.comfortable with them.first and my anesthesiologist Mr Ben was hilarious which eased my tension and nerves and my 3 nurses Angie,Beth,and Claudia who cared for me and baby after the the surgery are amazing and McLeod needs to.do everything possible to keep them.always because this is the experience that creates return patients.my only regret is not getting a photo of Angie and Claudia with the baby.
Thank the Lord for Jeanell and Dr Sonefield ! My pain is gone . Thank you so much for taking care of me..!
