Love the spa at the concourse. Mary Will and the staff are awesome. The attention and privacy is an awesome benefit as well. I'm always satisfied!

My Experience was AMAZING! Lindsey is very professional! I went in with lower back pain and left with my back feeling great! I will definitely be going back! The staff was great and I was seen in a very timely fashion! Thank you Lindsey and the entire staff for being so professional!
I've never had a massage therapist totally disregard my request so completely! At the beginning of my 80 min massage I told the therapist (Katie) that I was doing a lot of squats recently and that my legs and lower back were sore. She spent less than 5 minutes on my legs (with minimal pressure) and the entire time was spent on my upper back. Even less time was spent on my arms and she did not even touch my chest or abdomen. If you are looking for any kind of session to relieve athletic soreness, look elsewhere.
The "original" spa at McLeod is GREAT. I wanted a massage and they had no openings so the woman on the phone said there is now a spa at the hospital. So I went there. I'd like to say the woman doing the massage was GREAT, Lindsey was her name. The problem is that the massage room is just like a closet off of the main hallway by the pharmacy and the pain center.
