I usually don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but this is unacceptable. My younger sister has her senior prom today, and this is what she was left with for her strip eyelash application. I do believe she should’ve said something before leaving, but the MUA should’ve realized this was NOT acceptable. Luckily, I was able to remove all the unnecessary glue, and reapply them beautifully. Cheyenne is amazing ty so much
I love the the atmosphere at this spa. Everyone is so incredibly wonderful and have amazing individuality. What I love most is it is laid back and not like most day Spa’s where it feels stuffy with uniforms and yes ma’am’s. I had a weekend of wraps, facials, waxing, massages, and highlights. Would recommend 10/10 as long as the atmosphere stays the same.
We had a great experience here! I called quite a few spas to do a couples massage after work during the week, but none of them would do one past 3 pm. When I called The Spa at Hotel Blackhawk they told me they don't usually have more than one masseuse there past 5,but took my info down and would see if they could get something worked out. I was in a wedding this weekend and we got our hair and makeup done and it was absolutely beautiful! It stayed up all day and the staff was very friendly and made a girl who does not normally do much with her hair and makeup feel very comfortable.
I hate to write a bad review, because the girl who did my pedicure was very nice, but it was among the worst pedicures I've ever had. She forgot to scrub/file my feet, and was finished with the "Signature Pedicure" in about 40 min (supposed to be an hour). The paint job is sub par. Won't be back.
