My massage today was just ok. It was prenatal and definitely overly conservative because of that. I didn’t feel like my therapist knew the very specific areas you’re supposed to go lighter on and instead avoided entire body parts. My tired, aching legs and feet only got brief, light touch, even after I asked for more pressure and he said he didn’t feel comfortable. I also added on a scalp massage. Amazing staff and facial experience. Everyone is so nice. Facility is outdated, unkept, and mold in shower and steam room. Also, they don’t disclose you get a San Diego resident discount!
Beautiful and quiet space tucked on the backside of the property. Spent time in the sun in the outside relaxation space while waiting for a friend to finish their treatment.
Do not waste your money here. We visited from out of town, here for our anniversary. Thought we'd have a romantic couples massage. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. If this wasn't enough disappointment, we continued our punishment at the onsite restaurant and received the same subpar service. We paid just at $1000 for a couple's massage. While I didn't personally spend time at this spa, I sent my wife and two adult daughters to have a spa day here. Natalie from the Spa helped me set this up was extremely helpful and professional. All three of them came back very relaxed and very very much enjoyed their time at this spa. They mentioned the entire staff was professional and very service orientated.
