Everyone was so welcoming and polite. Amy did a great job on my massage. She was very friendly and personable. The overall atmosphere/experience exceeded my expectations. Cant wait to go back.
I had planned a trip to Biloxi and The Spa at the Beau Rivage for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. We were looking forward to spend the morning at the spa and especially my daughter was looking forward to a nice relaxing massage. . I had made reservations well in advance to make sure we would get the services we wanted. Well less that 24 hours before our spa morning, I received a phone call that the spa is undergoing reservations and all the amenities were closed and not available for use. The facilities were nice enough but the massage was subpar for the price point. Also weird to offer 50 minutes and not 60?
My massage by Damon was intuitive, intentional, and INCREDIBLE. He was recommended to me by another guest, so he’s obviously consistent and my experience was top tier.
