Staff was very rude and unprofessional management was even worse. Would never recommend to anyone. Unclean and disgusting inside and out.

A bit frustrating of an experience. I will share, Diana, is wonderful and did her best to accommodate. The online platform does not give a way to know how long the appt will be or to share more about my own hair to help the stylist. With that in mind, a thirty min appt for blow out is just not enough and then having to pay pre-blowout because I’m not staying at the property is a huge issue. For exactly reasons like this.
