2025 update: This is my 3rd Windsor property I have resided at and the team is the reason why! Absolutely amazing staff from leasing team to the office Jessica and Kyle provided a fabulous move in experience!! Kudos to the team and cheers to many more fantastic interactions. Listen, there are a lot of places to live in Houston and there are a lot of apartments, but there are only a few who can pair this level of housing quality and customer care. Five stars bravo bravo bravo.
The Sovereign has the best pool! It’s not obstructed by anything so it gets sun all day until the sun goes down. The staff is really great as well! Jessica has always been quick to resolve any issues I have. The concierge team is super friendly!
I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and it’s been a consistently great experience. The building is well-maintained and the staff has always been reliable and helpful. Jessica made the lease renewal process smooth and stress-free (which I really appreciated). Israel and Mike at the concierge are always professional, courteous, and quick to help with packages or any questions that come up. They’re the best!
