Mr. Israel, the concierge of this building is like an angel as I know him for about three years every single time very kind patient nice to me very professional person very high personality and nice guys in compare with the other buildings that I always go his unique and very nice person
This place is so owful ! Too much maintenance and the worst concierge. Kyle has never replyed our e-mail. He almost ignores what he should. If the community wants to keep the residents, the concierge team should be completely replaced.
Today is Valentine’s Day and Jessica and Carlos made sure to make it special for all the women at The Sovereign at Regent Park. The lobby looked beautiful, flowers everywhere and we had a Prosecco and Rose cart, so cute!!
Kyle and Jessica were great at spinning a bad situation into a smooth process of getting placed in a new unit. The sovereign management was responsive, courteous, and assistive when I needed them. Both went above and beyond.
