The Sovereign has the best pool! It’s not obstructed by anything so it gets sun all day until the sun goes down. The staff is really great as well! Jessica has always been quick to resolve any issues I have. The concierge team is super friendly!
I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and it’s been a consistently great experience. The building is well-maintained and the staff has always been reliable and helpful. Jessica made the lease renewal process smooth and stress-free (which I really appreciated). Israel and Mike at the concierge are always professional, courteous, and quick to help with packages or any questions that come up. They’re the best! We’ve been living here for 6 years + and I must say this apartment has the best maintenance team and the best concierge team ever. I’ve lived in other high-end apartments in Los Angeles and Chicago a while back but the Sovereign really stood out because of its service and its staff. Lu, Israel, and Sharina really made us feel like home. They are very professional, attentive and helpful and they really deserve this 5 star review.
Have to hop on and say that one of the best things about the Sovereign is Mike at the concierge! He goes above and beyond to make the community safe and his customer service is a 10/10!
The Sovereign is a fantastic property — beautifully designed with upscale amenities and a prime location in the heart of Montrose. The one-bedroom apartments are well-appointed and surprisingly affordable for the area. It’s a great blend of style, comfort, and value.
