This review is for Tiffany in the office staff who has been the most helpful to my family with almost any question I’ve had in my time there. Any of the times I’ve popped into the office “with just a quick question” she’s provided answers and helped promptly, and we greatly appreciate her and her hard work! In addition, all of the office staff, front desk staff, and maintenance staff of our building have been helpful and kind in all of our dealings with them over the years!
Our sink pipe was leaking and within 1 hour Michael came to our apartment, assessed the issue, and resolved the leak!! So fast and so efficient!!!
We have been living at The Sovereign for the past three years, and we would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding maintenance and front desk team. In particular, we want to highlight Jessy from maintenance. She always shows up with a smile and a genuine willingness to help, going above and beyond to resolve any issue and provide the best possible service. She is truly an asset to the building.
