This review is specifically related to the front desk staff and concierge. Because building management is mediocre at best and sometimes slow or non-responsive. However, the concierge in the Sovereign building is top-notch. Specifically, my experience with Fabian has been outstanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the resident experience is a good one and does everything and anything he can to help. Just moved into our second apartment at The Sovereign at The Shipyard and couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here for the near future! We absolutely love the building, the incredibly kind/helpful staff, and of course, the unbeatable location. I've lived in the Shipyard buildings for several years and while the location is great, the apartments lack even basic amenities. There are entirely empty rooms in the apartment complexes which could house amenities like a golf simulator that a huge portion of the buildings would enjoy. No wonder new buildings leapfrog the shipyard when management provides no real amenities other than a foosball table. Response: Typical response neglecting tenants desires and needs.
