Kevin saved the day!!! Our shower drain clogged up, and we tried everything to fix it on our own, but nothing seemed to work. Kevin came in this morning and took care of the issue in about 20 minutes. I was working in the apartment while he was working, and he was not disruptive at all. We moved into the Sovereign at the beginning of this month and Katherine has been amazing in helping us throughout the ins and outs of the move in process. We are very happy with our apartment and the building so far and not to mention everyone is a pleasure and super helpful!
