Brett Angnos, the renovation was a massive, 2-year renovation. All New plumbing lines and electrical wiring. The team consisted of a General Contractor, Architectural firm as well as a Preservationist. Lobby finished with original fixtures and several layers of carpet and linoleum were removed to expose the original black and white mosaic floor. Come in some time, we love showing it off!
