Excellent studio apartments, awesome place to live. I lived at The Sovereign from 2017 until this month (June 2020). This apartment (seventh floor studio) was the best I've had in Portland. Great value, amazing location and a coffee shop in the lobby, which kinda is the icing on the cake. Excellent service from staff, who were very supportive during the covid thing. Simple, well designed studio apartments that really do the trick, easy to clean, easy to stay. Floors super easy to maintain, and the tiled floor in the bathroom... read more
