The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional. Very pleased and will make The Southern a must next time Im in Nashville. You can't go wrong.
The oysters were amazing, and the steak and biscuit Benedict was to die for.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The dry-rub ribs were perfectly seasoned, falling off the bone yet still moist. I also had the chicken-fried chicken, which came on a bed of creamy macaroni & cheese and collard greens. Divine! We also arrived with a party of five without a reservation 15 minutes before closing time, not expecting to get in, but the wait staff graciously seated and served us. I may schedule a return trip to Nashville just for dinner.

We are currently waiting to be seated and there is 8 tables and at least 4 booths open...they won't seat anyone at these empty tables/booths..!!!
Service was horrible. I ordered a burger medium and it was well done. Server constantly made excuses. Great looking restaurant, and the drinks were good.

We were a group of 8 in Nashville for business and the server did an awesome job. No ones order was messed up! Food, I cannot say enough about how awesome it tasted!! Looking forward to my next trip already!!
