I am baffled how "Christians" can gleefully reinforce negative stereotypes of minority communities. Like, whoever thought the "hood" pose was a good idea is an idiot. Please, run as far away from stereotypes and find some compassion for those you purport to love.
Many good professors. Through the study of theology, especially from Dr. Allison's classes, I was led to the Catholic Church. We even used Catholic theology books as supplements. I saw that the Church Fathers pointed to more than just predestination and house churches - they pointed to the Eucharist as well.
The most amazing college experience that a parent could ever want for their children.. Christ centered, God honoring, Biblical based education. Your child will be challenged to become all they can be in the Kingdom for Christ. The campus is inspiring.
Me, my buddy and my worship leadership class teacher who is getting his doctorate degree from southern took a tour this weekend and stayed for 2 nights and had a blast! I am definitely going to heavily consider Southern Seminary for my higher education!
I attended the Expositors Summit 2016, which I knew little about, but took a gamble to see. My experience was over the top, I could had stayed a couple more days if it was offered. The facilities are nice, the area is beautiful, the students were very welcoming for guests. Dr. Mohler stopped to shake my friends and I hand and asked how we were doing, we also crossed paths with Alistair Beggs. The preaching was powerful, insightful, and inspiring.
