I have been here since December, 2016 and I love it! The folks in the office are very nice and maintenance issues are attended to at once when they occur, which is rarely. Overall, a great place to live.
I am in my second lease here at the Southern, I love it here! One of the main reasons I’m here is because of Chrissy!!! She is the most helpful person to ever manage a place I have lived! Literally will bend over backwards for you and that is hard to come by! I am always treated with respect, and I always feel like I am a priority rather than “just another tenant.” She is so cool and laid back, and that translates into a Property Manager that I can easily talk to about any problem I’m having. I strongly recommend renting from these guys. Chrissy the manager of the property is very helpful. The Southern Apartments are quiet and a clean place!
Everything about these are awesome! If something needs fixing, they will be right on it. Nice and Affordable!
