Awesome location. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable!
Visited The Southerly from out of state, found Towson to be very clean, peaceful with lots going on around (mall nearby including cheesecake factory, PF chang all across the street from The Southerly). The building was WOW from the moment I walked in. I loved checking out the terrace on the top floor and the outdoor fire pit near the heated salt water pool and grills.
Couldnt disagree more with the previous review. This is a great place to live.
