Ive had this place do a carpel tunnel repair on my hand ,that went well,and I was scheduled for a ablation ,but some non caring person called me the day before i was supposed to have the procedure telling me I have to pay 1,800 ? My insurance is covering this ,but they wouldn't listen .Cant get in touch with a live human ,just Ai prompts ,no personal care at all.
