I went through 2 spinal blocks. No one bothered to call after the procedure. I am supposed to get an ablation done. I have call 9 times without a call back trying to get an appointment. Really? I think I’m going to find another place

Good Dr's, terrible customers service. I have called multiple times and sent in my medical release form to get my records released. I was told told they would sent them back to me by email. For records all they have is a voice mail you leave your information, no actual person to talk to. I have since left 4 messages trying to get these records and the new hospital here in AZ will not schedule me until the see my prior procedures. Before you go here try to find a place with better patient customer service.

They do not return people's calls? I called last Thursday (1/22) to get an appointment for a Intracept procedure with Dr. Schell for my husband and left a message. I called again the following day (1/23) and left an alternative phone number. My husband's doctor sent a referral and by this Tuesday (1/27), you still had not called us, so we went to your offices and spoke to the check-in desk, who went in the back and spoke to the New Patient Coordinator.
