I’ve owned a condo here since they were built, it’s a really friendly community and is in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The units look great, but they have all had massive flooding that the homeowners try to cover up. They have just gone through a complete external renovation due to homeowners having the flooding which should be disclosed if they sale. For renters, watch out, the A/C units are the worst, super old and the homeowners only want to band aid very old and inefficient units. There is also issues with some of the electrical working properly and you will enjoy the LOUD turbo flushing toilets. Also, these condos are across the street ... read more
