Love, love LOVE the new facility!! Great job!! The staff is friendly too!!
Atmosphere is Great. Not Crowded, Ventilation is awesome as the building is cooler. Dallas did a great job. He has worked with me on a couple of things regarding work outs and suggestions. Most of all, the building is kept clean along with the showers!
Great location, and a very clean and professional gym. Your bike game needs a little work. There's only 3 awful bikes, with everything else so nice, that was a disappointment. Other than that no complaints, good price and good atmosphere.
Business response:
Hey Greg, we had to do some repairs on our bikes but they are all better now! Sorry about that. Also we are bringing in Virtual Cycling starting Oct 1!!
The group classroom is huge but has poor acoustics, I couldn't understand the teacher. Need to have a couple rowers and kettle bells
Business response:
Hey Shannon we just wanted to let you know we've begun work on this! The first phase has helped a ton! :)
This gym was well worth the wait! I would have to agree with Blake on the mirrors though. They not only allow you to see your progress, but also help stabilize your movements. After years of lifting in gyms that use mirrors I must say it is extremely awkward not being able to use them during my free weight workouts. Don't see any harm i... read more
Business response:
Hey Sean, have you been recently? We've installed a few more mirrors in the weight room that will help with form! :) Let us know what you think!
The Source is certainly one the the nicer gyms I've been in over the years. The only complaint I have is that there is no mirrors in the weight lifting area. I understand the vibe of the gym is anti meat head, dont intimidate people with your muscles, and focusing more on inner health but still it would be nice to have mirrors for us who are trying to improve our bodies physically. I find it very motivating to see yourself progress over weeks while your working out and I know that most everyone else who lifts weights at the ... read more
Just went in to test out the facility to see about switching from my Peak membership to here... They wanted 15$ from me just to check out the gym for an hour!!! That's absolutely insane!! I've brought multiple friends of mine to check out the Peak and they've been MORE than happy to let them in for free and give a tour! Golds gym charges 5$. I would never come back unless they changed the rates....
