It lacks any type boxing area. It used to have a stand up punching bag which was something but it was never replaced. Also needs mirrors. After a major leg injury I use mirrors to make sure my form is right and that I am square and balanced. Beyond that it is great. Very nice staff in evenings.
Very clean and has everything everybody is so polite makes you feel welcome
The Source is a very nice facility with friendly helpful staff. I enjoy going there, and getting my exercise! Keeps me in shape through the winter for my activities all the rest of the year. Love their well maintained equipment!!
I was never one to really want to go to the gym but this is a great place to go and a friendly clean atmosphere with great equipment...Making it much easier to want to better my health. Also the lighthouse bistro is great!
