I have been a customer of The Source H2O for 7 years. For the first 4 years I found them to provide great service, and the company seemed very concerned with customer satisfaction. I regularly recommended them to other folks in the neighborhood. Now, I get no, or poor customer service, I have been charged for work that appears to not have been done. I be struggled for months to get direct straight forward answers on anything! I met the Co-Owner in early October 2023 to profile the company and ordered a Water Test. I was quoted $300 which ultimately became $330? It appears the Source makes money on the test after they billed me not the testing company, National Testing Laboratories. We got this system in 2017. The first 2.5 years, the water wouldn’t stay soft for more than a week or so. The techs came out constantly and “fixed” it over and over again. I complained and got a small refund for the time we didn’t have soft water as promised. Then COVID hit and no one contacted us for filter checks and such. In 2023, I realized no one had been out for a while and I can’t remember what soft water even feels like (it goes away gradually you don’t notice). We had a water purification system installed by the company 4 years ago. We were promised that it would provide filtered and carbonated water to the tap at our sink. We had 2 technicians come "fix" the system but it still did not perform as promised. We finally had a competent technician work on the system, but immediately after their visit the system started dripping so much water that it flooded the ceiling below. Someone showed up at my door acting like the free water test was a public service so we agreed to have the water tested. At the time scheduled Cody arrived to do the water test. After showing how "bad" the water is the hard pitch came. Stay away from "The Source H2O"! I should have stopped it there but my wife seemed to want to try it. You only get 3 days to cancel. I think most of the reviews for the SourceH20 are positive, and I will add that my experiences are positive as well. Sales pitches for the system take far too long with all the 'testing' and 'demonstrations'. Somehow, they need to condense this. Installation was very professional and quick - but they don't leave you with much literature to understand all the components and how they work. Sometimes reaching them by phone is difficult, but they've always called back. The 'routine' annual service call was professional and ... read more

The water system works great I don't have a problem with that. (Aside from how it takes up half of the room under the sink and we constantly hear it refilling.) What I do have a problem with is all the extras they sold us on. So we decided on the cleaning supplies as our "reward" however I have several problems with it. First of all a 4-pack of bar soap should not cost $36.00. so the whole "$4,000" value they pitch you is BS. I HATE the hand soap, it doesn't feel like it cleans well, it leaves your hands with a slimy fee... read more
