Went to install some rock sliders and I broke a bolt, took it to these guys and they were able to fix the issue and get the sliders installed. Service was on time and on budget They also took the time to mark the bolts , most shops overlook this and to me it shows a quality of work you don’t see from the other guys, Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to my 4WD customers in the future. By far the best shop I have taken my vehicles to in Sonoma county. Mike and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable and super personable. I have used them multiple times for different vehicles I have. Most recently I had them work on my Jeep Rubicon, it got the inevitable death wobble like jeeps do that are lifted lol. They put in a Teraflex 2.5” Lift Suspension kit on my Jeep Wrangler and I was nervous about it! That nervousness did not last long because these guys are amazing! They were professional, friendly, answered all my questions, and got the job done to perfection in minimal time. I was experiencing electrical issues with my vehicle and my husband told me to take it to the guys at The Sonoma County Shop. I asked them to also change my brakes while it was there because I had never had them changed since I bought the car. When I came to pick up my vehicle, not only did they fix the electrical problem, they informed me that my car didn't need brakes yet. PSA For anyone thinking about using this shop. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of The Sonoma County Shop in Rohnert Park. They left Shop rags inside both my front & rear differential when install my 5.13 gears. Went back several times complaining of issues and was told they couldn't find anything wrong and it was just my imagination. To make matters worse, they refused to make it right or refund me for the installation costs.
