Bob was great to work with. He came out quickly after we contacted him and he took the time to walk us through his selling process, along with showing us comps and working with us to determine our listing price. He then walked through our house room by room and helped us determine what would help us sell our house even faster through the eyes of potential buyers. Greg took photos, and they looked great! We hand multiple offers and an accepted contract at list price within 3 days!
