The two maintenance men, Tino and Nico are doing a great work here at District at Soco. I'm so glad they came to work at this apartment complex! The previous maintenance team under DJ were not responsive at all! TINO and NICO quickly respond, are very hard-working, nice and a good working team! Thank you for bringing them on board! Tino and Niko are hands down the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. Tino is incredibly responsive and always takes care of any issue right away. Both of them are consistently friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate their hard work and reliability!
I have been living here for a year and I just resigned my lease! Chasta and the whole team here are so nice, every maintenance request I submitted has been dealt with quickly. They have repainted the hallways, installed new lights, and are currently remodeling the business center. I'm excited to see what other improvements they make this year!
Nico and Tino are amazing maintenance employees. A great representation of kindness and they take great care of our units in a timely manner. This company is lucky to have employees like them!
I recently visited the apartment, and I had a very positive experience with Baylee, the apartment manager. From the moment I arrived (without an appointment), Baylee was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She took the time to greet every guest who was waiting and made sure to acknowledge them, letting everyone know she'd be right with the - a small but thoughtful gesture that really stood out.
