Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas and it still hasn’t shipped! Not impressed!! 😡
I ordered on Dec 11 and still have not received my order. The tracking app tells me nothing. Very disappointed! I’m out $57 and a very disappointed newly initiated daughter!
No way to call and speak to someone with order issues. Pretty sure the emails I’m getting are auto response and they’re not answering any of my questions directly. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need your items in a timely matter or expect decent customer service.
They screwed up my order and refuse to help rectify the matter even though they took my money and never sent items and won’t answer my emails or voicemails
Long shipping- sent to Hawaii first (I am in Michigan)- and when I received my order there was a blue stain on one of the white shirts.
