Krystal was excellent to deal with and made me feel at ease going through the process. I would recommend her for any of you cpac requirements.
Had to get some replacement parts today and, as always, had a great experience. There was a friendly new face at the desk and I was very happy to meet the delightful gem of a human known as Steffi! Communication could have been a bit better but overall a nice experience. There is an out of pocket expense. They tried to charge me $87 for testing and said they didn’t go through insurance and my health card information was not even asked for. They did wave it when I explained that I was not warned about an upfront fee and I was expecting any out of pocket charge would be covered by my insurance which I appreciated.
