Communication could have been a bit better but overall a nice experience. There is an out of pocket expense. They tried to charge me $87 for testing and said they didn’t go through insurance and my health card information was not even asked for. They did wave it when I explained that I was not warned about an upfront fee and I was expecting any out of pocket charge would be covered by my insurance which I appreciated. Please don’t sleep on this place😂 the test was very easy,they send you home with a sleep tracker ring,after that if you need a machine they have the best staff and newest tech for cpap,the entire experience was so great, I’m now sleeping better then ever and at 32 I went from no energy to 15 year old me energy
They abandoned me since the Philips C-Pap recall. Didn’t provide any help and requested I deal with getting a new one on my own. They made a profit off me and left me in the cold. I never experienced such shameful business practices.
Staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Have been a customer for a long time and would highly recommend them!
