I did not get the service I paid for and they could care less. My hair is no different after the Brazilian tx than prior. I got it done Mon morning then washed my hair Th morning and my hair was curly again no different that prior. I blowed dried in sections trying to get the result I should be getting. Nope. Had to use flat iron via small sections at a time despite Priscillia hair stylist kept telling me no more flat iron no need to bring it on my trip etc etc. Not true! I went to this salon when it was the smooth bar. Even though the name is different now, all the stylists are the same. It advertises that they can work with all hair types however this is untrue. I got the Brazilian keratin treatment and I have 4c curly hair, which I was able to specify before the appointment, and sent a picture of. I thought his meant that my hair type could be done. I had my hair done by Leanne one time and it was fantastic, probably the best keratin/blowout I'd had. I kept getting calls to come back in, but it really didn't need it and I waited four months before going back. The next time I went in, she recommended a different product but I asked for the same thing as the first time. Something was off during my appointment, but since you can't wash your hair right away, I didn't know that there was a problem. What can I say about the Smootbar to give them justice!! The most welcoming, professional, nice, above and beyond owner and staff. I love this place so much to the point I don’t live in San Diego any more yet I fly 3hrs out there to get my hair done. Don’t even think twice go there and you will never go anywhere else after that.
