Always love going to Smoking Pig BBQ. This was out third visit.....sat in the booth that we sat at the first time....our initials are still on the wall and table
I usually get the pulled pork, but I ordered the brisket/pulled pork combo this time. I wish I had ordered all brisket - it's unbelievably delicious and tender. Next time! And the sweet potato casserole is unbelievable.
The atmosphere and food are amazing. The perfect long smoked deep hickory flavor. The cozy atmosphere was like hanging around in a little town you grew up in.
The food was served hot and everything we tried was delicious. The warm strawberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream was the best cobbler I've ever tried. Next time I'll start with the strawberry cobbler. Can't wait to go back. Service was fast and extremely friendly.
